• Worked for 21 years in NTPC (Nov 1978 – Aug 1999) in the field of O&M, Commissioning and Projects of coal based thermal power plants at Badarpur, Farakka and Dadri Plants.

• Worked for 10.5 years in Usha Martin Limited, Jamshedpur (Aug 1999 – Feb 2010) in the field of erection, commissioning and O&M of coal based and waste heat recovery boiler based captive power plants. Erected and commissioned 3 TG sets and 6 boilers of different capacities with its auxiliaries, electrical systems, control systems, power evacuation system etc.

• Worked for 14 months in Jai Balaji Industries Limited, Durgapur (Feb 2010 – Apr 2011) as overall in-charge for its power plants.

• Worked from April 2011 to December 2016 in TRN Energy Private Limited (a subsidiary of ACB India Ltd) as Vice President (Project Head) and executed 2×300 MW green field coal based thermal power project at Raigarh (C.G.) at an estimated cost of Rs. 3000 Crores.
