Technical & Techno Commercial Consultancy in Steel & Engineering Industry.
Associated with the Stainless Steel Development/Project related activities of the Group as well as being an expert in Continuous Casting process involving billet, bloom and CSP casters.
Experience
Worked in Steel Industry for 40 years in leading companies like SAIL, ISPAT, Shah Alloys Ltd., Bhushan Steel & Power, MN Dastur & Co.
In 2010 was Sr. Vice President at Shah Alloys Limited, one of the major Stainless Steel producers in India. Last position held in 2016 was Sr. Vice President at BRG (Presently RIMJHIM), one of the major Stainless Steel producers in India,
During this tenure, worked in various fields like Operations & Maintenance, Application Engg. & Technical Service, Project Management. in brown field expansion & green field Projects in Iron & Steel Manufacturing and other integrated facilities.
Extensively travelled to most of the leading Iron & Steel producing plants /countries of the world (viz. Italy, UK, Germany, Austria, Australia, China etc.). Led ASP/SAIL Steel Melting Shop for achieving ISO-9000 Certificate & executed various audits as lead auditor.
Professional Exposure
Extensively trained in Enhancement of Managerial Effectiveness, Training of Training Engineers (TOTO), Project Management course (incl. Project Finance), Operations Management & Environment Control, Micro-Planning & Action Leadership, Business Finance & Investment Planning etc.
