Worked as Senior Vice President as In-charge for development of Value Added Steel, Press, Rolling Mills & Finishing. Set up a high quality value added steel bright bar unit, 900 mm Blooming Mill & various finishing facilities of Kalyani Carpenter Special Steels Ltd., Pune. Visited Spain, Italy & Sweden for selection of Rolling Mill & Finishing Equipment.

Worked as Senior Vice President, Shri Ishar Alloys & Indore Steel, responsible for total operation of rolling mills & Steel Melting Shop. Visited Dubai for setting up Bright Bar unit of Shri Ishar.

Usha Martin Limited, Ranchi & Jamshedpur as Vice President (Operations) Overseeing total operation of the Plant which includes Power Plant, DRI, Blast Furnace, Steel Melting Shop, Rolling Mill &

Dispatch. Key role in growth of Jamshedpur Plant specially Rolling Mill.

Bihar Alloys & Steels Ltd, ( Presently JSPL) as GM (Operation) for SMS,Forge Shop, Rolling Mills & Finishing.

Extensively travelled to different parts of the world and visited units of Skf – Ovako, Danieli Morgardshamer, H.S.W., Thysen, Saarstahl, Germany Sandvik, Sweden, Daido, Japan, T.R.M.,England, Davy, Ashlow, England ,S.M.S Germany , U.M.I.L, Bangkok etc.
