Former Executive Director (Works) of BOKARO STEEL PLANT.
Former Chief Executive of Salem Steel Plant (Stainless Steel), Tamilnadu.
As a head of works in Bokaro Steel successfully authored a turnaround, meeting the plan targets for 2013-14 & 2014-15 in all areas of the plant from Raw material to dispatch the salable product to the customer in time.
Successfully commissioned the backward integration of Salem Steel Plant in adopting the stainless steel making route and graduated itself from cold rolling to self sufficiency in stainless steel melting.
Development of high strength Hot rolled coils with guaranteed impact properties at sub-zero temperature at BSL, Bokaro.
Development of SAILFORMING 410 grade HR coils at BSL, Bokaro.
Development of S31727 Super austenitic stainless steel at Salem.
Development of 301LN grade steel coils in HT temper with VTS>1000 MPa and YS/UTS ratio <0.80 for Metro Coach at Salem.
