- Authored a published Book on “Sinter Making at Tata Steel”.
- Head of “G Blast Furnace” operation for 15 years & associated with project management for furnace up gradation & Business Development initiatives.
- Responsible for Campaign life extension & Capacity expansion of G Blast Furnace (from 1800 m3 to 2643 m3) which earned the distinction of Highest BF campaign life in India.
- Visited Thyssen , Germany . Nippon Steel Corporation, Japan 6 times for enhancing plant performance BF Relining, and Technical Collaboration.
- Associated with many cost improvements and business development activities in Tata Steel.
