Turnkey Solution:

The planning of new foundry or modernization/expansion project is being done by us.We have got our associate/ partners to carry out erection of equipment, buildings and structures. It will also carry out all electrical work.Metalist is also approved by State Bank of India to prepare Detailed Project Report for funding, if required.

  • The prototype design can be verified on behalf of customer/producer.
  • The foundry process capability in core making, moulding, melting and finishing can be verified.
  • The Quality system management /product quality can be verified by importer/buyer.
  • Environmental and Safety audits may be done for customer/producer.
  • We may also carry out studies on internal costing of a product to meet a target price.

Casting Fettling(Finishing) and Heat Treatment:

The final quality of castings is determined by the proper fettling and heat-treatment activity. This is the area where most of the strenuous manual work is carried out.

Hence, it is an important area to ensure customer satisfaction for the product.

Melting furnaces:

Electric Arc Furnace for steel melting – refractory lining

Metalist associates can design the lining and offer basic and alumino-silicate bricks and castables for the working lining and the back- up lining to strike an optimum balance between refractory life, minimum pick up of inclusions and insulating properties.

Induction furnace for steel, and cast iron melting –

Metalist associates can offer customized dry vibratable linings based on specific foundry operational requirement. Depending upon the operations and the castings produced, refractory solutions are offered with Neutral Alumina /Basic  MgO/Acidic  Silica based dry vibratory mass

Ladle Linings:

Metalist associates can design the lining and can offer both basic and acidic brick linings for long life, minimum pick up of inclusions, removal of impurities and energy savings.
